The Price River Water Improvement District is offering a “Payment Deferral Option” to customers who have been, or who may become, financially affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The application below needs to be filled out and returned to the PRWID office for consideration. Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the following conditions and information must be included in the submittal: 1. Your account must be current as of March 31, 2020. 2. All applications must be submitted in writing with all information complete. 3. A customer must list how they were affected by COVID-19 and how it affected their ability to pay. This includes where they were working and who their supervisor is/was. 4. Payments for April, May, and June may be deferred upon condition that account will become current before December 31, 2020. 5. In the case of a rental account requesting to be deferred, the property owner or manager must also agree to the deferral allowance.
