Attention: PRWID Customers: The Price River Water Improvement District would like to remind all residents that during the cold temperatures we are experiencing, it is a good practice to leave cabinet doors open at night or when away from home for an extended period of time to allow for heat from your home to surround your piping. PRWID suggests leaving a faucet on in the kitchen with a small, steady stream the size of a pencil lead. This should be adequate and should keep the line from freezing during the cold temperatures. Paying a little more for water would be substantially less expensive than you paying a plumber to thaw out your frozen line. If you have any questions, please call our office at 637-6350. Thank you for your concern in this matter. Price River Water Improvement District Comments are closed.
