An election for the Office of Trustee representing the County-at-large for the Price River Water Improvement District will be held on November 5, 2019. In order for a person to become a candidate for this position, a Declaration of Candidacy Form must be completed and filed at the District’s office at 265 South Fairgrounds Rd, Price, Utah, not later than 5:00 P.M. between June 3rd – June 7th, 2019. All interested persons must meet the following qualifications: . Be a U.S. citizen . Be a registered voter . Be a resident of the District and reside in the unincorporated area of the District. Declaration of Candidacy Forms can be obtained at the District’s office at the address shown above Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Jaci Adams, Clerk On Thursday April 11th., The Price River Water Improvement District will shut the drinking water off between 2000 South and 2410 South, along the West side of Utah Highway 10. Water will be off from 9am and will be off for most of the day while a contractor re-locates a fire hydrant.

NOTICE TO WATER USERS: Price River Water Improvement District has 1800 shares of Scofield Reservoir water to lease for 2019 irrigation season. There will be a limit of 25 shares per person and the cost will be $25.00 per share. The water shares will be available, beginning March 18, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. at the main office at 265 S Fairgrounds Rd, Price, Utah 84501, and it will be first come, first serve. November 28, 2018
Attention: PRWID Customers: The Price River Water Improvement District would like to remind all residents that during the cold temperatures we are experiencing, it is a good practice to leave cabinet doors open at night or when away from home for an extended period of time to allow for heat from your home to surround your piping. PRWID suggests leaving a faucet on in the kitchen with a small, steady stream the size of a pencil lead. This should be adequate and should keep the line from freezing during the cold temperatures. Paying a little more for water would be substantially less expensive than you paying a plumber to thaw out your frozen line. If you have any questions, please call our office at 637-6350. Update: The water leak on 350 N in Westwood is fix and water service has been restored. The Price River Water Improvement District has been working on a critical leak on Highway6. All updates will be posted on are website and Facebook page. We apologize for the inconvenience.
